Before you start - have these ready

  • A DigitalOcean account in your name (free to create at digitalocean.com - takes about 5 minutes if you don't have one yet)
  • A domain name you control (e.g. crm.yourcompany.com) - don't have one yet? No problem, the form below will point you to one
  • The email address you used to purchase your Kola CRM license
  • A rough headcount of who'll use the CRM, so we size your server correctly
  • 5 minutes to invite us to your DigitalOcean account with limited access (instructions are built into the form below - no password ever changes hands)

You don't need a server yet. We create and configure the DigitalOcean Droplet (server) ourselves once you've granted account access below. There's nothing to set up on your end before submitting this form.
